How does the intake process work?

You’ll fill out a secure intake form (5–10 minutes) directly on our website. A licensed U.S. provider will review your information. If you qualify, your prescription will be sent directly to our partner pharmacy, and your medication will be shipped to your door. If you do not qualify, your card will not be charged.

What if I'm not approved?

If you’re not approved through the intake process, your card will not be charged. You’ll see a screen where you can either:

Review your answers and correct any errors.

Or choose to schedule a live $99 telehealth consult for a more personalized review.

Do I have to talk to a doctor?

No. Most patients qualify through the intake form alone. However, if you prefer to speak directly with a provider, you can book a $99 consult anytime.

How soon will I know if I'm approved?

Most patients receive a decision within 24–48 hours. If approved, your prescription will be sent to the pharmacy immediately.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All information is encrypted and stored in HIPAA-compliant systems through our partner platform, PracticeQ. Your privacy and security are always our top priority.

Do I need insurance?

No. Pure Nova Health is a direct-pay model with radically transparent pricing. You pay a flat fee — no insurance needed, no hidden charges.

Will I be charged if I'm not approved?

No. Your card is stored on file, but it is only charged if your provider approves your treatment. If you are denied, your card is never charged.

General FAQ's

Pricing & Payment FAQs

How much does a telehealth consult cost?

A live video consult is a flat $99 fee. This covers a one-on-one visit with a licensed provider. Medications, if prescribed, are billed separately.

Do the prices change as my dose changes?

No. At Pure Nova Health, we believe in transparent pricing. Your treatment cost will not increase as your dose changes. What you see is what you pay.

Do your plans include prescriptions and medications?

Yes. When you are approved, your plan includes:
A provider review.

Prescription if medically appropriate.

Free pharmacy shipping. There are no hidden or additional fees.

How are payments processed?

All payments are securely processed through Stripe. Your payment method is stored securely and only charged if you are approved for treatment (async flow) or upfront for live consults.

Medications & Treatment FAQs

What medications do your providers prescribe?

Our network of U.S. licensed providers may prescribe FDA-approved and compounded medications, depending on your health profile and goals. These may include:

GLP-1 medications (Semaglutide, Tirzepatide).

Peptide therapies (BPC-157, CJC-1295, Ipamorelin, NAD+, etc.).

Hormone therapies (Testosterone, HRT, thyroid support).

Supportive medications (appetite suppressants, metabolism boosters).

Note: Compounded medications are prepared for specific patient needs and are not FDA-reviewed for safety or effectiveness. Prescription required. Results may vary.

Are compounded medications safe?

Compounded medications are created in accredited pharmacies for patients with specific needs or when shortages exist. While they are not FDA-approved, they are commonly prescribed when clinically appropriate.

Do I get to choose my medication?

Your provider will recommend the best treatment plan for you, based on your intake form or consult. You may be offered several options to fit your goals.

Do I need labs before starting?

For most treatments, labs are not required upfront. For certain therapies (e.g., hormone replacement), labs may be necessary. Your provider will let you know if labs are needed before prescribing.

How do I receive my medications?

Once prescribed, your medications are sent directly to our partner pharmacy. The pharmacy ships your medications directly to your door with free shipping.

State & Compliance FAQs

What states do you serve?

Pure Nova Health is available nationwide. However, due to state-specific restrictions, GLP-1 programs are not available in Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, or New Mexico. We are actively working to expand.

Are your providers licensed?

Yes. Every prescription is reviewed by a licensed U.S. medical provider who practices within their scope in the state you reside.

Is this legal?

Yes. Pure Nova Health follows all state and federal telehealth regulations. Prescriptions are only issued when medically appropriate, after a provider reviews your information.
